About TopShort
A well-liked novel-adaptation app with the best review sentiment of any platform we have not reviewed — and the steepest prices in the category. It averages 4.83 stars across 814 App Store ratings, and 4% of the recent reviews we sampled were one-star. The best-liked app we have not reviewed, and the hardest to recommend on a long subscription. Our own catalogue figures back the main complaint: it carries far fewer series than its rivals and adds only a handful a month, so a quarterly or annual plan is likely to outlast the library. If you want it, take the shortest plan you can. It carries 1,051 series, 412 of them in English.
